In the peace and quiet of our therapy rooms,, we run Therapeutic Yin Yoga classes in small groups with instructor Verity. Verity has 12 years of teaching experience and specialises in Yin Yoga, therapeutic energy, and overall physical wellbeing. The classes are based on highly therapeutic Yin Yoga practice that gently works the body’s connective tissues, helping to release tension, restore balance, and boost vitality. It is for everyone, all levels, men and women
