A healthy gut is foundational to good health. Book to see our nutritionist Sam in the comfortable and peaceful therapy rooms on the top floor of our shop in Hartley Wintney, or online via Microsoft Teams.
Sam DIP ION FHT - qualified as a nutritionist over 20 years ago at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and now specialises in gut health issues. She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. She has worked in the health food industry for much of that time, training and advising people on nutrition, supplements, gut health and beauty.
Appointments to see Sam can be made via our online booking (below) or by popping into our shop and booking in person. In-person appointments are preferable, but Microsoft Teams is available for those further afield or with mobility issues.
We are also able to offer a limited number of home visits if you are unable to use Microsoft Teams or visit our store due to mobility issues or similar issues. Home visit appointments need to be booked directly with our store, and the price varies depending on location.
The initial consultation is £55 for up to an hour. The initial consultation includes a follow-up written report that summarises the consultation and recommendations.
We highly recommend scheduling at least one follow-up appointment, approximately 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation, to track your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. Follow-up appointments are £35 for 30 minutes. Please note that follow-up appointments can only be booked once the initial consultation has taken place.
