ZAYTOUN Green Wheat Freekah (200g) falme roasted with a smoky flavour for soups, salads, risottos and pilafs. Freekah is a durum wheat that is harvested while still green and roasted on an opne fire. It is then rubbed to remove the husk and reveal an aromatic grain packed with protein and fibre.
