Did you know that bran flakes normally contain large amounts of added sugar? Even things with names like “All Bran” contain added, hidden sugar!
These flakes contain around one-quarter of the sugar of leading brands – and naturally, in the form of malt. No added cane sugar at all.
These organic bran flakes can be eaten on their own or you can mix them up with your favourite nuts, fruits and seeds for a nutritious breakfast or snack. They are only lightly sweetened with a little malt.
The bran flakes can also be crushed up with milk to make a more porridge like consistency or used crushed to add extra fibre to cooking and baking.
We will post orders by Royal Mail for a flat £4.95 postage charge; please select this option at checkout. Your goods will be posted within 24 hours of placing your order (Monday-Friday), subject to payment having been made.
Orders placed at the weekend will be posted on Tuesdays.
We are unable to post out chilled, fresh and frozen lines – these are available for collect in store only.
Any shopping basket that contains ‘collect in store only’ items will need to be collected from our Hartley Witney store, even if the basket contain items eligible for delivery. If you require items to be delivered, ensure there are no ‘collect in store only’ items in the basket.
