This Madras curry paste from Geo Organics uses organic ingredients to help you make a delicious, nutritious madras curry at home. The organic ingredients have earned this curry paste official certification from the Soil Association. Originally conceived by Hindus as a vegetarian dish, madras has become a firm favourite for many Brits over the years. The paste itself is completely free from animal products, making it ideal for making vegan-friendly curries, but you can still add meat to it if you want.
