Honouring the traditional method, Clearspring Shitake Mushrooms are organically cultivated on authentic sawtoothoak logs in a natural wild environment. The harvested shitake are carefully dried and have the full depth of umami flavour that is highly praiased in both Eastern and western cultures.
We will post orders by Royal Mail for a flat £4.95 postage charge; please select this option at checkout. Your goods will be posted within 24 hours of placing your order (Monday-Friday), subject to payment having been made.
Orders placed at the weekend will be posted on Tuesdays.
We are unable to post out chilled, fresh and frozen lines – these are available for collect in store only.
