BIONA Cider Vinegar (with the mother RAW unpasturised) (750ml) made from pressed organic apple juice fermented with its vinegar Mother, our organic cider vinegar is aged for a robust finish. Its rich aroma and fruity, tangy taste are underpinned by a host of valuable enzymes, making this cider vinegar delicious and naturally healthy. Our raw, unfiltered vinegar is not heat-treated or pasteurised either, to keep enzymes happy. Use our cider vinegar in salad dressings and sauces for a moreish zing, condition your hair with it or even put it to use as a natural household cleaner. For an invigorating tonic, mix 1-2 tablespoons of Biona cider vinegar with honey in a glass of water and enjoy immediately. Our cider vinegar is pure and unfiltered, which can result in cloudiness or sediments: this does not affect its quality. 5% acidity.

We will post orders by DPD courier for a flat £4.95 postage charge; please select this option at checkout. Your goods will be despatched as soon as possible after placing your order (Monday-Friday), subject to payment having been made. We will notify you if there are any excessive delays on your order being sent out.
We are unable to post out chilled, fresh and frozen lines – these are available for collect in store only.
Any shopping basket that contains ‘collect in store only’ items will need to be collected from our Hartley Wintney store, even if the basket contains items eligible for delivery. If you require items to be delivered, ensure there are no ‘collect in store only’ items in the basket.
